Delivery times are typically 8-16 working days but may be slower during the pandemic. Full options are available at checkout. Import charges from the USA are not included so please check with your local Customs office.
Costs vary with order size and country and can be viewed during checkout a prior to completing the order.
Order & Pre-Order Despatch Times
Most items are in stock. The only exceptions to this are pre-orders and these will be clearly marked as such along with an expected shipping date.
Most orders will be dispatched the same day (weekdays) from our Las Vegas, Nevada hub and if not the same day then the next working day. If you have not had confirmation of your order being shipped within 3 business days of placing the order please contact us at help@momijihq.com. This does not apply to pre-orders.
All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking code and tracking link by email. This will also be visible within your account if you have one. If you wish to track the progress of your order then please set up an account with us to view your tracking in case the shipping email is lost.
RETURNS
Returning your order
For all returns please email us at help@momijihq.com before you send off your package.
Please do not reject the delivery as this is very slow (can take weeks) and risks loss and damage. We will not refund rejected deliveries.
We never want Momiji dolls to be at a home where they are not wanted and so we are happy to have them back. We ask that you return them in the box in which they were delivered and to the address written on the paperwork. Please return the original paperwork with the order and we suggest you take a copy (maybe a photo on your phone) or note down the key details. Once we have the doll (s) back safely and they have been checked as re-saleable then we will refund the cost of dolls and the outbound shipping to you. The amount you paid will be refunded and we can only refund the money to the payment method you used to pay. If you’re returning your dolls because you’ve changed your mind then you will need to cover the cost of return postage to us and this can’t be refunded. Returns won't be considered if more than 30 days have elapsed since the ship date.
