DELIVERY

We ship all orders from our hub in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Delivery options and prices vary depending on destination and will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Within the USA (Lower 48 States)

Shipping starts from $2.99.

A full range of delivery options is available at checkout, including:

     UPS Next Day

     UPS Ground

     Lower cost options

Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii

Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days.

Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Delivery to Canada

Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days.

Please note:

     Import duties, taxes, and carrier admin fees are not included in our prices.

     These charges may be payable to your local customs authority before delivery.

Delivery to Other Countries

Delivery typically takes 8–20 business days, depending on destination.

Order & Pre‑Order Dispatch Times

We ship from our Las Vegas hub.

     Most in‑stock orders placed on weekdays are dispatched same day or next business day.

     Pre‑order items are clearly marked and will ship on or around the estimated date shown at checkout.

     If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us at help@momijihq.com (this does not apply to pre‑orders).

All orders are tracked.

You will receive a tracking link by email, and it will also appear in your account if you have one.

RETURNS (USA SITE)

Returning Your Order

Please email help@momijihq.com before sending anything back so we can help you with the process.

Important:

Please do not reject the delivery.

Rejected parcels take weeks to return, often arrive damaged, and cannot be refunded.

Change‑of‑Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the ship date.

To qualify for a refund:

     Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition

     Items must be returned in their original packaging

     Original paperwork should be included (a photo for your records is recommended)

Once your dolls arrive back safely and pass inspection, we will refund:

     the product cost

We do not refund:

     outbound shipping

     return shipping

unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.

For faulty items, we will refund:

     the product cost

     outbound shipping

     return shipping

For blind‑box sets, replacements are provided on a per‑item basis where possible.

Rejected Deliveries

We cannot refund orders that are rejected at the point of delivery.

Please accept the parcel and contact us if you need help with a return.

Return Window

Returns cannot be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the ship date.
