We may feature fan art on our official channels. By submitting artwork for this purpose, you grant us permission to share it with attribution.

We actively protect our intellectual property against unauthorized commercial use.

5. Automated Systems & Recommendations

We use automated systems and AI‑powered tools to personalize your experience and recommend products based on browsing and purchase behavior.

We do not use automated decision‑making that determines eligibility for services, extends credit, or produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Love Momiji US Inc and its regional partners are separate legal entities. Your contract is with the entity from which you purchase.

Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

We use two warehouses:

● USA (serving USA, Canada, and Rest of World)

● UK (serving Europe and Rest of World)

Orders are subject to availability.

If an item cannot be supplied, we will issue a full refund.

7.3 Import Duties & Taxes

For US customers, orders shipped from our US warehouse do not incur import duties.

For international customers:

● Local import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country’s rules.

● These charges are not included in our prices and are payable directly to your local customs authority.

● Carriers may charge an additional administration fee.

Refusing delivery due to import charges does not qualify for a refund.

7.4 Pre‑Orders

Pre‑order items are reserved especially for you.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary.

Pre‑orders may be cancelled only where required by law (e.g., if the item is faulty or significantly delayed).

7.5 Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna.

Your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

7.6 Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of receipt with photos.

For blind‑box sets, replacements are provided on a per‑item basis where possible.

7.7 Returns Policy

If you wish to return your order, please email help@momijihq.com before sending anything back.

Change‑of‑mind returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in resaleable condition.

We refund:

Faulty items

A parcel is not considered lost until:

● we confirm it is lost, or

● 8 weeks have passed with no tracking updates

Claims for non‑delivery must be made within 4 weeks of the order date.

Discount codes are time‑limited and cannot be backdated or applied to past orders.

Any special conditions will be stated at the time of issue.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by US law:
